What you get: Choose 1 pallet (49 bags) of Ultra 40 lb litter or 1 pallet (90 boxes) of Cat Attract 20 lb.
Who qualifies: You upload your 501(c)(3) determination and Form 8283. You need a 48–52 inch loading dock plus a forklift or pallet jack.

How to apply: Submit the online shelter donation request.
Lead time / timing: You can request again every 3 months
